John has been a huge blessing for Doug since Doug can't get here or there, John is skinny so he can get anywhere to fix the truck.
Now the Truck runs now, it time to put on the Snowplow! YEA!
What a big help John is, He is good in helping Doug with this. Doug will be plowing them out too.
When it snows! Doug will be out there plowing!
Now the Truck is Ready! A few more details and it will be ready! YEA!
Here our his and her CRV Honda's They are all-wheel Drive so hopefully they will do well in the snow.
My car is on the left, and doug's is on the right with the strip.

Walking Buddies
Yesterday when I went walking I discovered someone else walking. So this morning I woke up at 6 in the morning, left 6:30 to meet them 2 miles west. Walked back the 2 miles east with them and went home. Snickers and Hershey had fun with the other dogs. So here is the group I walk with in the mornings now. The 2 girls I teach piano to. They are a fun bunch to hang around with.

Cleaning and clearing the basement
Clearing and cleaning out Doug's Dad's house was a challenge to clean, with alot of energy, I enjoy cleaning more than I have ever had done. I cleared off shelfs, carried cans of bolts and screws, put things in boxes, threw away garbage, carried alot of stuff upstairs, swept off carpets, rolled or stacked them, and carried everything upstairs. After everything was upstairs, I then carried everything I carried upstairs, outside in the truck while Doug piled them in the back of his truck along with the washer and dryer. I was so beat at the end of the day. I had rubber legs.

What a beautiful Morning for a Walk/jog
My alarm set off at 6am this morning. I was determined to walk/jog. I left the house at 6:30, grabbed the Dog's leashes, started to walk/jog. The sky was overcast, it was cool, and was raining up in the mountians. It felt wonderful, I took a jacket just in case it rained.
I stopped at the top of the hill, and could see the valley below, and took this picture, I wanted to take more picture, but unfortunately, my camera was low on batteries, DARN!
But here I am walking with the dogs going down the hill. I use to be affraid of this hill, cause I couldn't get up it last year, But this year I can! YEA! My toes on my right foot goes numb on my way back, but I get through it! I wore 2 pairs of socks to comfort my feet so my calises don't burn at the end of my walk.
I want to get together with who of my family will go hike with me up Timpanogus cave, this summer, when we get to together for the next family party, that would be cool. That's one of my goals this summer! Who's up for it?

Morgan my valient student
Here I am with Morgan, he is my second student, his father is in the Bishopric. I am teaching his sister's daughter. He is finishing level 2 in the Piano Aventure Books. He is learning scales and chords, and he wants to learn to play Detroit City, from Mel Tills. It is a harder peace for him but he want to learn it, so I will, it will be his recital peace when I have a recital set up.
His mother, sister, and nieces are in the primary with me, so I enjoy the kids.
I only have 2 students right now so hopefully I will get more.
I am having fun teaching them, and remembering things I have learned that I have forgotten.

Our Cat Patches and her 4 babies
Here is our cat Patches, she had 4 babies, Friday June 10th. Three orange ones and one white one, who knows the white one maybe like her mother. We set her up in a truck camper shell that is on a flat bed trailer. So she could have her babies, and we could know where they are. The last cat had her babies under one of the sheds, and had to cut a hole in the floor of the shed to get the babies out. Our fluffy disappeared, don't know what happened there. They usually run away and never come back. They are so cute, and she is a good mother.

My first Piano Student
Here I am with my very first piano student, she six, and her mother called me and asked if I taught piano. At the time I was not. But I opened that door to earn more income.
So I had fun teaching her piano, her mother and her other 3 siblings stayed and watched, her smaller sister stood by her watching. As soon as she learns the abc's she will be next.
Then the next hour her uncle came, and I am teaching him, He is a teenager, and started where he ended last October. He forgot some, so I had to remind him so of the stuff he forgot.
So I started with the right hand, so he could remember his notes. He was fun to teach, he wanted to learn a certian song, in a Reader Digest song book. So he looked it up, and started him on the right hand there also, so he could remember what notes went to the keys. I put little cards at the stores and I had another call to teach another 6 year old. Depends on where they live, I think the parents can stay and watch.
I like one on one with the kids. You get to know them better. It was a great feeling!
I went on a 2 hour walk today, I walked to the neola highway. It is a 2 mile walk. The road with the dip. I walked the dip, but I made it! I use to be scared of hills, but now I know I can climb them with hardly no problem. Doug got on my pedals for five minutes. YEA! Doug finally sold our old blue truck today! Now he has some money, it made him a little more happy. Doug sure is in alot of pain. He is not a Happy Camper.

My shed looking good!
Now these 2 pictures below are the ones where I got some power to clean my shed. Sure felt great after I was done. Now I just peek in there, and see what I did. This year I can do what I needed to do after so many years, and it feels great!
The Front & Back in great shape

That's our well shed, some trees we planted along the road, picture taken from our front porch. There are some dead trees to be taken out and replaced one of these days.
It was windy when I mowed the green weeds down, but it looks alot better now.

Getting into shape
It's been a while since I have blogged something. Well today I think I better. The last couple of weeks I have made a commitment to myself, Is that I and my property are going to get in shape this spring and summer before winter, as long as I am not babysitting or houskeeping, I will be cleaning and organizing the property. So I have been raking dead weeds up, picking up garbage, made a wood pile for old wood, doug started a scap pile in the back for metal. It's getting bigger as time goes by, so I have picked up stuff for the scrap mile. So I have finished one section. I have finished the front, and the back of our Mobile Home. Here I am raking up dead weeds and putting them into the wheel barrow, smashing them down as much as possible, so I can take them back to the weed pile in the back.
There I have finished the last load of weeds from that section on the yard behind our Mobile home. And I did it all by myself!
It sure looks nice. See me and my property are getting into shape.
I picked up tires, rims, wood, garbage, metal things, put pallets down and put tires and rims, and wood and whatever I found, and made a home for everything.
There is my reward, a good and organized place. Looks nice now!

Having Frozen water and how to adapt to it
Here is our Well shed from our mobile home. We have water flowing through the well shed. Doug has constructed a way to get water from the well shed. He fixed one for just water, and another other one for filtered water. We had a plastic sink and he came up with this wonder way of getting water in.
The picture above is what he came up with. Here is the spout for the water we use for the toilet, showers, washing dishes with.
Inside our shed we have a pop machine, where neighbors or we can buy some soda if they wish, and a food machine like chips and stuff. Here is the whole picture of this constuction of the water flow my husband built. It works wonderful. It took him awhile to figure it out, but he did it.
The picture on the right is the filtered water, The yellow handle is up so you can get water, it is a little spout we got from our 5th wheel, and he put that on the sink, it has a little handle on the back you lift to get the water to flow. He sure is Brillant in making things work out.

I have 2 crockpots I keep water in so we can wash hands and do dishes, and also take dish pan showers with a picture pouring over my head.
I carry in water everyday, The big water jugs are too heavy for me to carry, so I go several times, so I call it my water loading exercise hour. Another way to get some more exercise in.
It is fun to create a new way with water, you could never imagine. As long as the water is flowing through our well shed, All Is Well!
